By accessing and using Fraud Verification Hub Kenya ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fraud Verification Hub Kenya provides a platform for:
- Verifying suspicious phone numbers, websites, paybills, and accounts
- Reporting fraud incidents
- Accessing a database of verified fraud reports
- Connecting with legal professionals for fraud-related cases
- Third-party API access for fraud verification
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when reporting fraud
- Not submit false or malicious reports
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Not use the Service for illegal purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
4. Fraud Reports
Submission: Users may submit fraud reports with supporting evidence. All reports are subject to verification by our admin team.
Accuracy: While we verify reports, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should conduct their own due diligence.
Liability: False reports may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
5. Legal Services
Fraud Verification Hub Kenya connects users with independent lawyers. We do not:
- Employ the lawyers or control their actions
- Guarantee case outcomes
- Set or control legal fees
- Provide legal advice directly
Legal fees are negotiated between users and lawyers independently.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to:
- Rate limits as defined in your plan
- Usage fees for commercial applications
- API key confidentiality requirements
- Compliance with technical documentation
7. Payments and Refunds
For paid services (PDF reports, premium API access):
- Payments are processed via M-Pesa
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Service interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software are owned by Fraud Verification Hub Kenya. Users may not:
- Copy or redistribute our content without permission
- Reverse engineer our systems
- Use our branding without authorization
9. Limitation of Liability
Fraud Verification Hub Kenya is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from fraud
- Accuracy of third-party submitted reports
- Actions or inactions of lawyers on the platform
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Consequential or indirect damages
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Submit false reports
- Engage in abusive behavior
- Attempt to compromise the Service
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcement.
